ISSI keeps abreast of value added products for its CRM clients and prospects. What does that mean to the client? It means that you will be the first to know when a partner, Sage, or other associates have devised an "add-on" that could increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your installation.

Sage and Microsoft are constantly upgrading their base CRM products. ISSI is always ready to move our clients to the newest versions, but only when the new feature set fits. We do not move our clients just to be on the newest version. Often the new versions will have features that are not relevant to our client. As such, we do not push to move when the expense of upgrade does not warrant the change. When they do, we start the process when we believe the new version is stable.

New product releases of the basic CRM products are not the only source for enhancing your installation. There are:
  • Verticals that may fit your industry specifically, financial, construction, pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Human Resource management, etc.

  • Feature add-ons or enhancements, e.g., telephony, event planning, e-Marketing,

  • Products that impact processes and enhance existing functionality, e.g., KnowledgeSync, Business Analytics, Exchange Link

  • Tools to do special tasks, e.g., actively manage data from other sources like Scribe, StarFish
    Links to connect your CRM to other databases, e.g., like accounting links, connection to Websites, social networks, etc.

  • These enhancements often become powerful assets that lead to expanding return on investment. Convenience is nice, but ROI is better. Our objective is to continually look for products that will supplement your existing implementation, but always with the value proposition in mind.

    Although the products we represent give us great latitude in building in new features to fit your companies design, we always find that pre-existing products that might be implemented for a better return. Long term, we want the best solution for our clients, not just money in our pocket.
