Corporate History:

ISSI, Inc. (ISSI) was incorporated in 1993. It was formed by merger of three existing corporations - ME-DI-CO, Inc.(1980, Charter business partner for TeleMagic the first automated contact management software product widely available in the USA market); Zeta Digital Systems, Inc.(1983, Innovative computer call automantion manufacturer and innovator); and Accessgem, Inc.(1990) Each of these corporations is richly steeped in sales & marketing, sales automation, CRM, and a strong history of business to business telemarketing.

In August of 2001 ISSI added accounting and distribution software and services via merger of Marshall Consulting Group resources. MCG personnel had been provided these services since 1991.

Our CRM, contact management, TeleServices, and accounting experience has grown dramatically in the nearly 25 years of our history of these combined companies. Our certified and talented consultants, trainers, designers, support personnel and installers bring a wealth of talent and experience along with our 20 Affiliate channel team located across the USA.

Additionally, ISSI was one of seven charter SalesLogix Business Partners in 1998 when SalesLogix was just launched. As a result, we have a very solid knowledge of SalesLogix and all the associated products and features that make it robust.

We have many clients ranging from 10 person companies to fortune 1000 clients across the US. We have implemented the simple to the complex and have installations of one to many locations. The strength we bring relates to our excellent and deep experience across many business types.

In 1994 we added a TeleServices division that provided Sales and sales support for B2B needs. In 1997 we expanded this services to include data base clean-up, publisher services, and lead generation. This division was sold to BVTM in 2006. We still maintain a reciprocal service agreement with BVTM to ensure thes services are still available to our clients.
