Key Employees

William W. Sultan, Jr., President & CEO
Bill has Degrees from three universities including, B.S., MBA, and M.S.. His expertise resides in his combined formal education in both the sciences and marketing. He has re-enforced his formal education with a wide variety of business and research experience. He spent four years in medical research while serving in the US Air Force both in the US and Far East retiring from the Air Force as Captain. He continued his research at Abbott Laboratories in hepatitis, gonorrhea, and rubella. He was promoted to technical support manager where he provided technical services to the marketing team. Subsequently, Bill was promoted to VP of Manufacturing in the Diagnostics Division.

After ten years of service to Abbott, Bill's entrepreneurial spirit led him to successfully establish and run six companies. Other than ISSI, one is a sales and marketing consulting company, two are medical diagnostic manufacturing firms, one Internet publishing company, and the fifth was based in PC hardware and software development. The blend of these companies and the previous business experience with Abbott has helped to establish a strong expertise in the telemarketing and sales automation industry. In addition to Bill's roles as President & VP of Marketing, he acts as Senior Marketing Consulting to many of ISSI's Clients.


Ronen Ben-Dror, VP Sales
Ronen has a degree in Computer Science from Roosevelt University. His expertise extends well passed his degree in computer science. He founded Accessgem in 1990. Accessgem became one of the foremost contact management and sales automation companies in the early 90's. Ronen's expertise expanded into the marketing and sales arena soon after establishing Accessgem. He found that his clients needed a solution-oriented approach to their problems. Ronen established a needs analysis system to insure that his client's solutions were founded on solid data. His consultative approach has developed a sound basis for maintaining a long-term relationship with his clients. The application of this approach in his training and consultative activities has helped ISSI build a formidable client base. He has established an integrated organizational sales approach which insures a successful sales process. Ronen plays the dual role of VP of Sales and Senior Marketing Consultant.

Amit Helmer, VP Technical Development

Amit received both his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science form the University of Illinois, Circle Campus. He has significant experience in technical project management. He is expert in both software development and hardware design and implementation. He is certified in both LANtastic and Novell Local Area Network (LAN) installation and administration. Amit has capabilities in several programming languages. Through his guidance ISSI has implemented significant projects for a number of Fortune 500 clients. Not only is Amit well versed in sales automation tools, he has a broad base of experience with numerous PC tools, utilities, and software applications including, report writers, spread sheets, word processors, development software, and database products. He is familiar with UNIX, PC, Macintosh, Windows, and the client server environments. Amit has an uncanny knack for learning and application of new hardware and software. His experience and expertise is almost unlimited.

Gloria Sultan, VP Administration
Gloria attended Delta State University. She has been managing back office operations for over 30 years. Before joining ISSI, Inc. she was the VP of Administration at UTI-tect, Inc. a Medical device manufacture and ZDS, Inc., a autocall device manufacturer.. She heads both the administrative and personnel sides of the business along with accounting and financial services. Gloria's vast experience with personnel issues has insured excellent client and employee relations.


Deanna Martin, Director of Operations
Deanna has over 20 years of progressive experience in the Tele/direct marketing industries some of the companies being Excel Communications, Inc.; Operations Manager, MATRIXX Marketing; Account Manager and AT&T American Transtech; Operations Manager. She has worked in both the consumer and business to business markets while employed with Perrier Group of America as a Process Improvement Manager. Her practical knowledge is a result of combined experience in the ranks as a TeleService representative, center development & implementation, supervision and finally, in top management positions. Her career has provided experience in Fortune 50, Fortune 500 and up and coming enterprises on Inc. 500's "Fastest Growing Companies" list. As a result, she applies both her practical and personal knowledge on our clients' strategic projects. Her skill set includes workforce management, strategically planning and deploying service initiatives, process re-engineering and organizational development.

Deanna is highly regarded in the industry as a strong manager and a developer of people. Throughout the past twelve years, she has been responsible for managing 10 direct supervisors as Operations Manager, with a TSR Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) requirement of 150 employees. She has also been instrumental in the design and facilitation of TeleSales and Customer Service training modules, resulting in, increased quality of service. Deanna will apply her superior interpersonal skills and knowledge to ISSI and its clients.

In joining ISSI, Deanna has assumed responsibility of operations management, e.g., workforce training and development, optimizing workforce efficiencies and call quality initiatives (monitoring and quality assurance). She will simultaneously setup and manage client accounts (scripting, IT/IS coordination and reporting). Deanna's diverse background and industry expertise will ensure that ISSI's employees are highly skilled in telesales and customer service applications management, which is essential to client and customer satisfaction.
