The TeleServices Division provides B2B telemarketing, lead-generation, database clean-up and verification, and sales support.
Our Sales and CRM Automation Divisions provides turn-key call center solutions for clients who want to do their own telemarketing, and also provides out-of-the-box CRM automation solutions that run on the LAN, mobile devices, and in the Cloud. We also provide tools for integration to back office and other software solutions important to our clients. We have always been on the leading edge of CRM technology having been a charter business partner of TeleMagic (1985) that was one of the first real contact manager. We also became a charter business Partner of SalesLogix (1998) another innovator and MS CRM (2005) when they introduced their entry into the CRM market.
The growth of our company has paralleled the industry we serve. Two decades ago, sales automation consisted of some fairly small, simple contact management programs. Today, SFA, CRM and Back Office (sales force automation, customer relationship management and accounting) programs are large and complex and have grown by adding features. Additonally we have provided integration with other products to provide more robust applications or services.
We, too, have grown...organically and by merger, from an early innovator in a developing market to become a full-service provider of sales and marketing productivity solutions for mid-sized companies, divisions of Fortune 500 corporations and smaller companies alike. Along the way we've picked up expertise in networks, communications, programming and operating systems and have a full-strength business-to-business telemarketing arm which can qualify leads and drop them into the SFA/CRM programs we install for a variety of organizations.
Over the years, as software publishers have discontinued products we have made alliances and affiliations with a network of successful CRM solution providers that, like us have developed a loyal clientele. These are organizations and individuals who know the industry and their client's needs. We work together with them to provide the technical support that goes with the expertise in SFA, CRM, Accounting, Call Center Automation and TeleServices. Our affiliates create a USA wide network that makes us more agile and available. This nationwide network also provides a variety of productivity solutions to supplement our inhouse capabilities.
